Vikrant Varshney is a seasoned venture capitalist, startup mentor, and risk evangelist with a distinguished career spanning 30 years across Enterprise risk, Regulatory tech, and Venture Capital. He is the Managing Partner of SucSEED Indovation Fund, an early-stage VC fund operational since 2020, and also leads the newly incorporated GIFT City India based SucSEED Indovation GROWTH Fund, a $100Mn fund focused on scaling growth-stage startups across India and emerging markets. Both funds are part of the SucSEED family, which Vikrant co-founded to bridge capital, mentorship, and strategic guidance for high-potential ventures.
He has supported 100+ startups across deeptech, fintech, regtech, and enterprise SaaS, and actively engages with innovation ecosystems like T-Hub, IIIT-H, NASSCOM 10,000 Startups, NDMA, and HYSEA. With a robust corporate legacy in BFSI and ITeS—including leadership roles at HSBC, Fidelity, and GE Capital—he brings deep domain expertise in enterprise risk, fraud prevention, cyber resilience, and business continuity.
Vikrant entered into “Hall of Fame” and is globally recognized by the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) with a unique distinction of four "Industry Personality" awards across global and regional levels.
In 2022, he was invited by SEBI to join a select 4-member Working Group—chaired by a leading IIM Bangalore finance expert—to review regulatory provisions for angel funds, contributing his perspective on strengthening India’s early-stage investment landscape.
